Refunds

If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement or refund immediately.

To qualify for refund, please email us at Support@collectiondog.com with the following:

• Subject title: Refund request + Order Number
• Attach clear and bright photos or videos of the faulty item

The imagery proof is required in order to justify your claim. We may ask you for different angles of the defective areas to verify the defects. Please cooperate with us fully as we try to help you.

 

Returns

Our return policy requires the item to be sent back within 14 days of receipt (we base it on tracking code). If you're unhappy with your purchase, send us the product back and we'll happily refund your money once we have received and inspected the item. The item has to be in re-saleable condition (still in original packaging, not used, good condition) or we are unable to refund you.

This process can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to process, please be aware of the waiting time needed.

 

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable by us. If you choose to transact with us, this is a condition you have agreed to before checking out at Collection Dog.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
